Although not an exhaustive list the following is intended as a brief and helpful guide to the current accommodation offered. More detailed information will be supplied should an application proceed.
Accommodation at the Village comprises self-contained one bedroom flats most suited to single occupancy, although applications from couples may be considered. The Village offers unfurnished ground or first floor level accommodation with a small garden area. There are limited on-site parking facilities and unfortunately pets cannot be accommodated.
All properties that become available are newly decorated and feature;
- Double Glazing
- Gas Fired Central Heating
- Shower Room
- Manageable Garden Area
- Rents that are inclusive of Water Rates
The following are some of the responsibilities of the tenant;
- White goods
- Ongoing internal decoration
- All Utility and Council Tax bills (other than Water Rates)
The exterior of the accommodation and the communal grounds are maintained by the Village for the benefit of the residents.
